The Laureato Skeleton was created by Girard-Perregaux watchmakers as an ode to fine mechanics. Its stunning openworked components, all adorned by hand in an original and contemporary style, provide a view deep into the heart of its spectacular automatic caliber. This movement, which is based on the well-known GP1800 caliber, is galvanized (anthracite gray ruthenium) and operated like a metal net. Because of the rhodium-plated geartrain, the eye can track the movement of energy.
